This Place is a Dump Avoid at all cost, The Place smelt of urine and vomit, i stayed one night and moved out, The cereal for breakfast was stale and the eating area reeked of stench, They charged me $10 euros for a half bowl of stale cereal , and refused to give me a refund for the two unused nights i cancelled, staff are rude and uninterested, the Area around this hotel is a slum and full of homeless people, the area itself also stinks rubbish everywhere. they didn't provide soap and the bed linin was stained. i left there itchy and bites on me, if this place was in Australia it would be put out of business by the health department. Save your money and invest in a decent hotel as in the end you will move out and with no refund lose your money .

Room was unavailable on arrival. No effort was made to contact me and the staff seemed disinterested in correcting matters. I was offered one room in a poorly reviewed hotel 5KM away from my booking. I would suggest avoiding this hotel. Motel One down the road luckily had a cancellation and were infinitely more professional and just generally a better place to spend your time and money.

Arrived on 03/09/22 to be greeted by the smallest room ever and not the cleanest, I woke quite early feeling itchy and when I looked in mirror was covered in bites 25 in total very red and blotchy when I complained they didn’t apologise just moved me to another room, the hotel is small dirty and overpriced €1100. For 5 nights would never stay here again

You can't polish a trud, bedding / towels were stained, carpets stained. A house keeper was having a go at a other member of staff in the corridor and belittling them in front of guest's. Which is not very professional.

2 stars hotel....you cannot really expect too much....but cleanliness is a must.....incredible dusty.....room looked like was last time cleaned months ago......breakfast okish ( as expected)......we appreciated the quietness tho and if you like walking you are in the city center in half hour otherwise tram n.4 or n.12 go straight to the city center!This place needs a bit of love and it would look much better for its category. Lovely ice cream around the corner!
